Our program is designed to provide youth ages 4-18 the opportunity to develop their athletic skills in a competitive environment. Youth will learn the fundamentals of Track and Field and build their performance in an effort to compete at the highest level.
One of the biggest advantages most successful teams and athletes have today is combining their skill development with improving their muscle and cardio development. Greensboro Eagles Track and Field offers a high level and proven strength & conditioning program that is comprehensive and will enhance our athlete’s abilities by increasing strength, speed, jumping, explosiveness and endurance.
