Our program is designed to provide youth ages 4-18 the opportunity to develop their athletic skills in a competitive environment. Youth will learn the fundamentals of Track and Field and build their performance in an effort to compete at the highest level.
One of the biggest advantages most successful teams and athletes have today is combining their skill development with improving their muscle and cardio development. Greensboro Eagles Track and Field offers a high level and proven strength & conditioning program that is comprehensive and will enhance our athlete’s abilities by increasing strength, speed, jumping, explosiveness and endurance.
The agility training incorporated into our athlete development program will address the following components of agility: strength, power, acceleration, deceleration, coordination, balance and dynamic flexibility. All of these skills are important regardless of what Eagles sports program you participate in.
Whether you are a seasoned track athlete or new to the sport, there is always a place for you in the Eagles Elite family.
In making the decision to become a member of Greensboro Eagles Elite Track & Field, you must be prepared to work hard and dedicate the time necessary to achieve peak performance. Keep in mind that this sport is not for everyone. If you want to develop your track career, the Eagles Track staff is definitely the right team to help you achieve those goals. It is also important to keep in mind that travel is involved in this sport.
Practices will be held Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursday 6pm - 7:30pm. Practice starts May 11th. We welcome you to the Greensboro Eagles family!
